So I shut the world out — but opened a door within.
I gave myself three months. Three months to see if nature could do what medicine said was impossible. I lived on fruit, herbs, water, light. I breathed intention. I moved with spirit. And by the end of that season, asthma — something I was told I’d live with forever — was gone. Not improved. Gone.
That moment cracked the matrix.
I realized: if they were wrong about this… what else could we reclaim? What else was already inside us, waiting to be remembered?
I became a student of truth. Of the body. Of the earth. I studied herbalism.
